Digital Core REIT, a Singapore-listed data centre REIT, has announced a board reshuffle, bringing in a new chairman and CFO. David Lucey, previously a non-executive director, has taken over as chairman from Jeff Tapley. Tapley will now serve as the chief commercial officer at Digital Realty, the REIT’s sponsor. Additionally, Dave Craft, vice president for acquisitions with Digital Realty, will assume the role of CFO, replacing Daniel Tith. Serene Nah, managing director and head of Asia Pacific for Digital Realty, will join Digital Core REIT’s board as a non-executive director. These changes aim to strengthen the company’s leadership and governance.

In other news, Sun Hung Kai Properties announced that Wu Xiang-dong, an independent non-executive director, will not seek re-election.
