Axa IM Americas is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of the company’s regional strategy in line with sales and marketing priorities. The role will involve coordinating with various teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment. The position is part-time and based in the company’s New York City office.

Responsibilities for this role include client communications, content production and compliance review, research, and learning sessions. The Marketing Support Specialist will work closely with sales and client services teams to understand client interests and guide content strategy. They will also assist with content distribution through email and social media platforms.

In terms of content production, the Marketing Support Specialist will collaborate with content and PR agencies to develop original content ideas and ensure compliance with US regulations. They will be responsible for reviewing and editing global content to ensure compliance and will also gain experience in using Salesforce for compliance purposes.

Research is another key component of the role. The Marketing Support Specialist will conduct research on relevant ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and financial/economic topics to identify areas where Axa IM can provide a unique perspective. They will also learn about the ESG and financial/economic landscape and take content from the brainstorming phase through publication and distribution.

The Marketing Support Specialist will have the opportunity to participate in learning sessions with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts across the firm. These sessions will provide insights into various aspects of the business and allow for professional growth and development.

Ideal candidates for this role should have a background in marketing, communications, digital media, or finance. They should also have relevant internship experience, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is strongly preferred but not required.

Skills required for this position include a strong understanding of the financial services and asset management industry, excellent writing ability across different channels, creative thinking, and proficiency in LinkedIn, Eloqua, Hootsuite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

The Marketing Support Specialist should have the ability to work effectively in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be based in the New York City Metro Area. The pay for this position ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.
