This can result in the need for counseling and specialized help in the future. Practicing digital hygiene, such as dopamine fasting, can improve sleep and overall mental well-being.

Anger, irritability, and impulse control issues are also linked to digital device addictions. To combat these issues, it is advised to embrace nature, engage in physical activities like walking, and practice meditation or yoga.

While digital device addiction has its drawbacks, it is important to recognize the positive impact of digital health advancements. AI technology has greatly benefited the medical field, including screening, diagnosis, drug discovery, telemedicine, and robotics. It is crucial to incorporate digital detoxification and healthy digital habits into our lifestyles to promote better overall health and well-being.
