Logistics firm Delhivery Ltd. has announced the launch of Delhivery One, a digital shipping platform designed to cater to the needs of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and large direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands in India.
Delhivery One brings together various shipping services into one unified platform, including post-purchase communication, analytics, international shipping, one-click integration with sales channels, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management, and more. The platform aims to make shipping more accessible for smaller businesses eliminating the need for a minimum order value and requiring only a minimum wallet recharge of Rs 500. It also offers discounted shipping rates for parcels weighing above 5 kg.
The integration of Delhivery’s partnership with FedEx allows businesses using Delhivery One to ship to over 220 countries worldwide. Mohammed Ali, Head of SME and Direct Business at Delhivery, emphasized the significance of the launch, stating that Delhivery One aims to empower SMEs within the constantly evolving e-commerce landscape.
Delhivery’s team is actively working on further enhancements for the platform, such as integrating with marketplaces, introducing a mobile app for Delhivery One, and providing businesses with shipping credits to offset COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
With the launch of Delhivery One, Delhivery aims to strengthen its position as the preferred shipping partner for micro and small enterprises in India.
